In the mouth it presents a good length and persistence, a tannin well supported by a good acidity, a characteristic that suggests at the possibility of a long conservation during which these characteristics make it acquires greater aromatic complexity and further roundness and balance in the mouth. It is no coincidence that this vine is used for the production of Taurasi, therefore the attitude for aging is evident.
